Mandatory Guidelines

  • Must be affiliated with a Fire Department or Emergency Service to qualify for this program.
  • All orders must ship to a Fire Department or Emergency Service HQ location
  • Custom Station order minimum: 500.00
  • Custom Station Drinkware order minimum: 12
  • Orders include no charge for set-up or logo application.                        
  • Orders include one logo per item


Artwork

We provide Mockups and Proofs for your approval prior to processing payment and production.

Production Time

2-4 weeks depending on artwork approval process, your location, and time of year.

Returns 

Co-branded items are final sale; no returns or exchanges will be accepted. All Patagonia items are backed by their Iron Clad Guarantee. 

 *If you are not satisfied with the product at the time you receive it, or if the product does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to Wildland Pro and we will work with Patagonia to repair, replace, or refund your unsatisfactory product/s.

Payment Methods

All Emergency Service Departments are pre-pay. We accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Discover, Check and Wire Transfer. We cannot use multiple credit cards for one order.
